Client Profile:

One of the popular public sector general insurance company of India.

They aimed to reach out to the farmers from rural Karnataka and make them aware of their offering of “Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana”.

“Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana” aims at supporting sustainable production in agriculture sector by way of -
a) providing financial support to farmers suffering crop loss/damage arising out of unforeseen events
b) stabilizing the income of farmers to ensure their continuance in farming
c) encouraging farmers to adopt innovative and modern agricultural practices
d) ensuring flow of credit to the agriculture sector; which will contribute to food security, crop diversification and enhancing growth and competitiveness of agriculture sector besides protecting farmers from production risks.

The main objective of this financial institute was to reach out to the farmers who are not aware of the above facilities and are not able to take benefits provided by the government.

What services did we provide?

Mindwave Media conceptualized a unique van activity for a week that would reach the farmers of rural Karnataka. We emphasized on branding in the 4 districts of Karnataka, where farmers are more, but reach is less.

Branded Vans were parked in the peak points of locality which had branding and information about the schemes in the local language. Also, we distributed around 600 leaflets which had all the details about “Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana”.

Banners were put up on the various identified spots.

We focused more on communication, which was engaging and convincing.

Moreover, we highlighted insurance facilities provided by this insurance company.
